By placing an order on the Aged Cork website (“The Site”) you consent to being bound by these terms and conditions. Aged Cork is not responsible for any errors or omissions on the site, typographical errors, errors in description or pricing, and reserves the right to cancel any order or service at any time, and for any reason. A full refund will be provided to the customer, if the payment has already been submitted. In no event Aged Cork shall be deemed responsible for any losses or issues resulting from such cancellations.
By making a purchase on the Aged Cork site, you warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, and so is the person receiving the order. An adult signature is required to complete all deliveries.
A sales tax is charged on all purchases, unless Aged Cork has been given in advance a valid sales tax exemption by New York State.
All shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer, including the cost of the shipping materials, and a product management fee of 1.6% of the purchase price. Aged Cork does not provide shipping services, so by choosing shipping as the preferred method of delivery, you are authorizing us to contract a third party carrier on your behalf to deliver your order to you.
Before placing an order on our Site, please check your state’s regulations for purchasing alcohol. If you are still unsure whether you can receive alcohol shipments from out of state, please contact us.
Please allow for up to 7 business days for your order to be assembled, securely packaged and shipped. Please note, that we can not guarantee availability of any allocated and limited supply items at any given time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us with any item related questions you may have.
If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will notify the carrier and file a claim on your behalf. Aged Cork is not responsible for any damage due to temperature. If you would like to add a temperature controlled shipping option, please contact us.
Aged Cork is unable to accept any returns. If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has been placed, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request, as long as your order has not yet been fulfilled. A 10% restocking and processing fee is applied to all cancelled orders.
If Aged Cork is unable to fulfill your order or provide service for any reason, your only recourse shall be a refund of the purchase price.
