About
Usquaebach (Oos: Ke: Bah) is derived from Gaelic and can be roughly translated as a “water of life”. The whisky traces back as far as early 16th century and was once reserved for royalty and nobility. Usquaebach has gone through several reincarnations and owners over the years, and the current line up consists of Old Rare, 15 year old vatted malt, and Reserve expressions.
Usquaebach Reserve is composed of 15 Highland single malts, and several grain whiskys, with the total ratio of 85% to 15%, bottled at 43% alc/vol.
