The Glenlivet is the single malt that started it all. It is the oldest legal distillery in the parish of Glenlivet, Speyside Scotland. It was founded in 1824 and has operated almost continuously since.
The Glenlivet 14 Year Cognac Cask Single Malt Scotch Whisky is a U.S.-exclusive release was initially aged in first-fill American oak sherry casks before a period of finishing in cognac casks.

NOSE: Spicy red wine notes, with vanilla and light cinnamon.
PALATE: Sweet, and very approachable, with tangerines, toffee, dates, sultanas, and milk chocolate.
