Girvan Distillery was established in 1963 by the Grant family with the purpose of providing it with the source of grain whisky for blending. But with the growing demand for scotch whisky and single grain whisky in general, in 2014 Girvan debuted its NAS, 25yr and 30yr whiskies.

The Girvan Patent Still 25 Year is probably one of the few older single grain whiskies on the market, it’s elegant, complex and more than satisfying. Bottled at 42% alc/vol.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Vanilla, citrus, banana, honey, pepper.

PALATE: Apricots, vanilla, caramel.

FINISH: Short, oak, spice.
