Rum is the most traditional spirit in Central America and the Caribbean. Its unique flavor comes from the making process, and ageing in fine oak barrels.
Ron Centenario 25 Year Gran Reserva Costa Rican Rum is distilled from Costa Rican sugarcane, the rum is then aged in used bourbon barrels. It is blended using the Solera method with 25 year old rums being the oldest part of the blend.
NOSE: Rich sweetness, tropical fruit, molasses.
PALATE: Oak, tobacco, vanilla, leather, butterscotch, vanilla.
FINISH: Long, wood, citrus.
