Distilled on the legendary Versailles still at Enmore Estate in Guyana, which is the only operational wooden single pot still in the world, this rum was produced by the Bruichladdich distillery in Scotland and is a part of the Renegade Rum Company collection.
Guyana Enmore was distilled in 1988, matured for 19 years in bourbon casks, finished in Chateau Latour casks, and bottled in 2008 at 46% alc/vol. Only 1020 bottles produced. Until supply lasts.
NOSE: Vanilla, brown sugar, peach, cherries.
PALATE: Creamy, dark chocolate, licorice, vanilla, raisins.
FINISH: Medium to short, chocolate, old leather, caramel.
