About
Martin Miller’s Westbourne Small Batch Pot Distilled Gin a true artisan craft spirit, distilled in England in small batches in a century old copper pot still (most gins these days are distilled in column stills) and then shipped to Iceland to be blended with the purest Icelandic water, which gives this gin a truly remarkable taste profile. What also makes this gin unique is the botanicals, it is the first gin to use cucumber in the distillation process. The other botanicals include: juniper, cassia, orris, liquorice, coriander, angelica, nutmeg, cinnamon and citrus peel. All except the citrus are left to macerate in neutral spirit and hot water overnight in the pot still. They are then distilled separately to the citrus peels. Bottled at 45.2% alc/vol.
