Land Of Saints Central Coast Pinot Noir is made from grapes from three sites, harvested and vinified separately. The wines were aged as single-vineyard lots for 11 months in neutral 59gal barrique, before coming together in tank one moon before bottling. Notes of forest floor, juniper, bramble, rose and cerise abound. Finishes bright and long, with just a hint of salinity.
