Fermentation with commercial and wild yeasts, followed by pot still distillation and four years in South African whisky casks creates the unique flavors of this selection. No sugar, no color and no other flavors are added in the making of this rum. No water has been added in the bottling, which is presented at full barrel proof, or 59% alcoholby volume.
