Hibiki is a blended Japanese whisky, produced by Suntory. Hibiki means resonance in Japanese. It is a very high quality blend of Yamazaki and Hakushu single malts, as well as grain whisky from Chita.
The whisky is aged in various casks, including rare Japanese oak Mizunara, as well as sherry, and American oak casks. Bottled at 43% alc/vol.
