Upfront, “Bunkhouse” is layered with blackberry flavors, notes of blueberry reduction, chewy tannin and cassis. The lengthy finish is laden with creamy cherry and cinnamon flavors surrounded by fading French oak tannins with an underlying rocky minerality.
