About
In 1843, William Matheson founded the Glenmorangie Distillery in the Scottish Highlands. Inspired by the Distillery’s peaceful surroundings on the banks of the Dornoch Firth, he brought forth a pioneering single malt whisky wonderfully complex and exceptionally smooth. Tasting Notes
NOSE: A strong Aruba expresso fused with a treacly plum pudding, rich with sherry, and candied orange peel.
PALATE: A contrast of rich sweetness with an explosive crackle of sizzling spices and bitter mocha.
FINISH: A fresh spring-like breeze of mint with a bright citrus lemony-green quality.
