Facundo Neo Bahamas Rum is made with rums one to eight years old, it’s carbon-filtered after aging to remove any color. The result is a medium-bodied, silky rum perfect for top-flight mojitos. It has a bold sugar-cane aroma and lightly sweet palate, with faint marshmallow and almond sweetness. Part of Bacardi’s special-edition rum line.

NEO means ”new,” referring to the reinvention of light rum. This irresistibly alluring rum is crafted by blending light-to medium-bodied rums aged in oak barrels from 1 to 8 years. The young rums impart brightness and youth, while the older reserve gives Facundo Neo Bahamas Rum a smoothness and a well-rounded nature never seen before in a light rum. After ageing, the rums that comprise Facundo Neo Bahamas Rum are carefully filtered to remove color but not the other components contributed by the barrel. The embossed Art-Deco inspiration on the Facundo Neo Bahamas Rum bottle is reminiscent of the nude reliefs on our Edificio Bacardi in Havana.
