About
From vines just above the village of Pommard, the dynamic Luc Bourgogne (believe it or not that is his real name!) is making silky, hillside Pinot Noir from this beautiful, Pommard-like Hautes-Côtes site. He is the fourth generation of the Bourgogne family to make wines here, having taken over full-time in 2012. With a small number of old vines in the Hautes-Côtes, the family does everything the old fashioned way. Almost everything is done exclusively by hand, translating to beautifully elegant, seamless and balanced Pinot Noir.
The grapes for Domaine Bourgogne-Devaux Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Bourgogne come from 4 ha estate, just above Pommard. Practicing organic, sustainable.
