About
Dalwhinnie distillery is the highest distillery in Scotland, located in the Highland village by the same name, and set in magnificent mountain scenery. Dalwhinnie became famous around the world in the 1980s, when United Distillers started marketing it under their “Classic Malts” brand. Only a small part of whisky produced by Dalwhinnie Distillery is sold as single malt, the rest is used in blended scotches.
Dalwhinnie 15 Year is an excellent single malt, with a classic Highland character, flawlessly crafted and deliciously complex. If someone shared this dram with you, be certain that this person really likes you!
