Cultivar Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made with 100% Cabernet from 2 small vineyards on Atlas Peak, aged in French Oak – 33% new oak for 24 months. A dark purple wine that has a brilliance and depth of color. The aromas of black currant and plum fruit are intertwined with sweet vanilla from the oak with notes of spice and floral hues. The wine is rich on the pallet with the classic structure from Atlas Peak fruit. A long rich finish.
