Clos du Mont-Olivet Rive Droite is 40% Carignan, 35% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Merlot. Vines are contiguous with Mont Olivet’s Cotes du Rhone vineyards, grown on sand with galets roules and some red clay 50+ year old vines Indigenous yeast. Aged in 70% foudre, 30% older barrels.
