Using only the finest pure grain spirit, natural Scottish Water and 11 botanical gin ingredients, he personally crafts each and every bottle of Caorunn.
Distilled and bottled in Scotland, Caorunn is handcrafted in small batches at Balmenach distillery located in the Speyside region, and firmly takes on the mantle of a national product. Not only does this relative newcomer draw on centuries of distilling expertise learned from the whisky trade as well as on the pure Scottish Highland water, it’s also infused with time-honored Celtic botanicals: Heather, Bog Myrtle, Rowan Berry, Dandelion, Coul Blush Apple. Even the name itself, Caorunn, is Celtic for Rowan Berry.
