About
Auchentoshan distillery was founded in 1800, and it is located in the west of Scotland, not far from Glasgow. It is one of three operational distilleries in the Scottish Lowlands. The name Auchentoshan is translated from Gaelic as “the corner of the fields”.
Auchentoshan 21 Year is triple distilled and aged perfectly for over twenty one years in American bourbon and Spanish sherry casks. This creates a refined Lowland Single Malt Whisky, ripe with gooseberries, sweet creamy vanilla, a hint of oak, warm honey, and the signature smooth, delicate, Auchentoshan taste. Bottled at 43% alc/vol. Limited Release.
